Download Windows Movie Maker 2.6 For Windows 7

During the launch of Windows 7, we were highly surprised to hear that it lacked the Windows Movie Maker. The software is one of the most used software by beginners and and pros for video editing. Not bundling the software with Windows 7 was a detrimental move by Microsoft.
But now, Microsoft has finally released Movie Maker 2.6 compatible with Win 7.
Movie Maker 2.6 is for Windows Seven users whose computer cannot run the Vista version of Movie Maker.
The download size is only 7.0 mb and is compatible with Windows Seven; Windows Vista; Windows Vista Business; Windows Vista Enterprise; Windows Vista Home Basic; Windows Vista Home Premium; Windows Vista Starter; Windows Vista Ultimate.

Is there a way to run WMM for Windows 7 on a thin client/terminal? i installed WMM on the U170 with 10 clients and got WMM cannot run on remote desktops or terminals

Hey
I myself have a Mac, and Win 7 running virtually on it. I installed WMM, and it works perfectly. Maybe you should try reinstalling it.

i have windows 7 ultimate and i installed it and it worked, when i close it however and want to re-open it, it wont open, i have to restart my computer to open it…any reasons why this may be? thanks

Maybe the process is already running in the background. It's hanging. Task Manager > Processes > Click on Windows Movie Maker > Then click End Process at the bottom right. Then try to open it again.
