Doodle on iPad With Draw For iPad
By: Karan Goel | 28th May 2010
As with e-reader apps like Kindle for the iPad, and Apple‘s iBooks, the iPad makes for an almost perfect device for digital art and doodling. Even if you don’t have an artistic bone in your body, there are useful reasons to download one of several free doodling software apps for your new iPad.
Here is the best one I‘ve discovered.

Draw is simple and aptly named, and is among the best free doodling software I have seen. The one single and unique feature that Draw has are undo and redo buttons as part of its menu bar.
The other features of Draw include simple little game templates for Tic-tac-toe, an ABC word game, and dots.

You can’t change the stroke size of the pencils and there is no vector art included, but for a simple free sketch pad, Draw serves its purpose pretty well.

I found Draw to be very limited. I know it's FREE, but and couldn't do too much I wanted at all with it. Actually going a step further and purchasing something like Sketchbook Pro or Brushes for a few dollars let my imagination run riot. I upload all my artwork and iPad doodles as I go to iPad Doodler: http://www.ipaddoodler.com/ Seriously, go for Sketchbook Pro, Brushes or even Layers Pro…you'll get a whole lot more than 5 minutes out of it.

I like drawing on an iPad, it is very wonderful. I can fix my mistakes very easy and draw what I think about. Now I am using Wondershare iDraft to draw, it allows me to draw fast and freely, and the app's owner is holding on an interesting activity recently, I just send my picture drawing with iDraft to attend the activity. Look at my picture! The fish on the page is draw by me.See my picture!
